Innov8 Agency Ltd are proud to be recruiting for our International client who are an Award winning and innovative construction company. They are recruiting an experienced Architect and Interior Designer to join the team in their journey of exponential growth in the Dubai and the UAE. 

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual to lead a marketing department within the Construction, re-modelling and Maintenance and home services business.

The role is primarily an office based role in JLT, Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in delivery presentations to clients, developing sales strategies and delivering a commercial plan to the directors.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things architecture and interior design and experience in luxury properties commercial and residential.


As an architect and interior designer, your primary responsibility is to design, plan, and oversee the construction of buildings and structures.

Your tasks may include:

  • To combine creative and technical skills to create functional, safe, and visually appealing spaces.
  • Design and Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and create design proposals, including drawings, blueprints, and models. Develop plans that consider aesthetics, functionality, safety, and budget constraints.
  • Technical Expertise: Use specialized software and tools to create detailed architectural drawings, models, and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire construction process, including managing contractors, coordinating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors, and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to the design and timeline.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the design and construction process. Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture. Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into projects when appropriate.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Gather information about their lifestyle, functional needs, and design preferences to create design proposals.
  • Space Planning: Develop detailed floor plans, layouts, and 3D models to optimize the use of space and create functional interior environments. Consider factors such as traffic flow, accessibility, and furniture placement.
  • Material and Colour Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, colours, and textures for interior surfaces, including walls, floors, ceilings, and furniture. Consider factors such as durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.
  • Furniture and Fixture Selection: Specify and select furniture, fixtures, lighting, and other accessories that align with the design concept and meet the functional needs of the space. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to procure and install furniture and fixtures.
  • Budgeting and Project Management: Develop project budgets and estimates, track expenses, and manage timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with other professionals, such as architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Presentation and Communication: Create visual presentations, including mood boards, renderings, and presentations, to communicate design concepts to clients. Present design proposals, receive feedback, and make revisions accordingly.
  • Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility requirements in all interior design projects.
  • Both architects and interior designers may work independently or as part of a team, depending on the size and complexity of the project.


  • 3-5 years experience as an Architect 
  • Experience of working in Dubai in a similar role
  • International industry experience (would be beneficial)
  • Skills and experience in interior design
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Creative and an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in Architecture, textures or design
