Innov8 Agency Ltd are recruiting an experience Real estate brokers role for an exciting and innovative Real Estate client based in Dubai, UAE. 

The CEO has over 30 years’ experience within the UAE real estate industry. The client are a property development magnate and portfolio manager with real estate portfolios in Dubai, Abu Dhabi (UAE).

The client are a dynamic, integrated global property developer with a fast-growing portfolio of upscale commercial properties, hotels, residential properties, F&B brands and real estate asset management services.

They are hiring a full time, permanent employment opportunity within their corporate offices for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual. 

The client are based in business bay area of Dubai.

Role Outline:

Under the direction of the Sales Manager and Sales coordinator; reporting to Directors. The role will be to sell real estate portfolios in the Dubai and UAE region. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Real estate brokerage enquiries, handling property viewings and sales transactions, business development of new listings and portfolios
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. 
  • Provide personalised guidance and recommendations to clients on property options that align with their requirements. 
  • Property Sales: Source and identify potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including networking, leads, and referrals. 
  • Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties. 
  • Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Market Analysis:  Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape. 
  • Analyse market data to provide clients with accurate pricing guidance and investment advice.
  • Call outs to clients already situated within the database 
  • Source properties with intention of either selling or renting the unit out 
  • Qualifying leads, both buyers and tenants as well as owners
  • Provide prompt processing of incoming customer requests according to the company’s standards
  • Coordinate the selection of properties and setting up of appointments or meetings with clients for real estate brokers
  • Coordinate and supervise offers, transactions and deal until the moment of payment by the client
  • Updating the company’s CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate and book property showings and communicate presentations and brochures to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties. 

Candidate Criteria:

  • Living in Dubai or UAE
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate broker or agent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Dubai, UAE (Relocation will be considered)
  • Sales experience
  • Confident proficient in Microsoft Office 365 packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • First class written skills and ability to write detailed proposals and project briefs.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Degree level qualified or equivalent (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills both  written  and  verbal  with experience of making presentations to diverse, high calibre audiences internationally
  • Marketing experience (basic)
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good energy & positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Drivers license and own car (preferred)

Rota: Monday – Friday 

Hours: 9am – 5pm | 37.5 Hours per week
