Innov8 Agency Ltd are proud to be recruiting for our global client who are a leading data transformation and cloud technology consultancy based in Dubai. They are recruiting an experienced Sales executive to join the team in their journey of exponential growth. 

This role is tailor-made for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive who is results-driven and eager to join a startup company. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth and expansion efforts. They are seeking an ideal candidate with a strong grasp of cloud technology and digital transformation, along with a proven track record of success in selling advisory services and solution engagements in the domains of cloud computing, data management, and cloud security. 

Reporting initially to the CEO, the successful candidate will bring elevated levels of customer focus with a breadth and depth of commercial knowledge and skills in best practice sales engagements. The role will encompass a professional approach to finding new business opportunities, developing newly onboarded customer relationships, building added value into the sales process and demonstrating a flair for organisational excellence alongside an inherent passion for selling.

The role is primarily field based and remote working; however the ideal candidate lives in Dubai, or Abu Dhabi (No relocation package available) with own vehicle and license.


  • Find, develop, and nurture high quality, new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partner engagement at scale.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients, industries, and markets for our service offerings. Proactively reach out to key decision-makers and establish strong relationships to generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Actively engage with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiations and closure. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services, addressing client concerns, and providing customized solutions to secure new business.
  • Use, manage and maintain CRM systems to company standards in terms of data input, quality, and relevance at all times. Demonstrate expertise in using company software and other sales tools.
  • Take part in sales meetings as required, attend training as specified, keep abreast of highest standards of industry knowledge and information.


  • BSc/BA in business / marketing or sales or other relevant field
  • 10 Years sales experience in cloud IT solutions, Cyber security or Microsoft licenses
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, oral and written in English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation trends, and their impact on businesses. Familiarity with industry-leading cloud platforms, services, and solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience in positioning and selling cloud security solutions to clients.
  • Strong grasp of data management and analytics concepts, including data governance, data integration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities associated with cloud adoption and digital transformation within the GCC market.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, highlighting the business value and ROI of cloud and data solutions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
